During this session, you will receive an overview of Performance & Development best practices, examples, and ideas.
 
What we will cover:
  • Dive into the Performance and Development module
  • Learn how to run various cycles from standard to 360° feedback
  • Navigate the settings in how to create forms and replicate the typical ratings in normal cycles.
  • View the analytics Personio provides.
  • Learn the value and benefits of continuous feedback.

Deep Dive and Interaction
The session will allow for live questions and guidance so come prepared to participate and learn. We will monitor the chat and answer many of your questions live. We will also set up a poll to let you take a vote on what areas to explore further.
